hi! iam using holosync at night and recently i have started using gamma meditation system by jeffrey thompson in the morning.Is it OK to use both!

You have folks on this forum doing Metetones, Acupunture for the MInd, and Holosync at the same time so I don't see what harm there could be in Gamma and
HS. Bill has a Gamma disc for every level that he suggests doiung so he thinks it is ok.
