Awakening Prologue was great for me and I was so pumped up that I thought I would go through the entire program. then I started AL1 CD1 and didn't feel
much but after a few weeks it felt like a concrete place had been placed in my scalp. My brain was literally clamped up.
I visited the forums and the people encouraged me to keep pushing through the resistance, which ended of being horrible advice. I kept listening for another couple months and the situation just got worse and worse, functioning in my day to day life was a real challenge and totally uncomfortable. I had to give up the program and here I am 1.5 years later still not fully recovered. Good thing I started practicing Qigong and sitting meditation so I could start breaking up the dense energy and start dissolving this plate in my brain but it's been a slow process BUT I am making headway.
Holosync's increasing levels takes more and more of a toll on the body and doing it everyday is silly in my opinion since you aren't letting your nervous system to recover. I workout too and I allow my body a few days to recover after an intense workout so why would Holosync be any different. I'm very dissapointed in the idiotic instructions that Bill Harris has layed out for the program. All is not lost, atleast I learned that I should follow my own intuition over ALL outside influences.
