AL 1 - More than 10 months on and it's still kicking my arse....

The amount of overwhelm I'm getting, I feel I could be on this for another 10 months! How long do you all spend on AL1? What is the longest you have spent on a level?

I'm on AL2.2 and feel that Awakening is really appropriately named. I have cut off ties with some friends that I realized were pretty much using me for their convenience. I even called one of my parents out one the carpet because he was actually trying to use me. The last time I stood up to him was 20 years ago. I always assumed that I did not put up with much crap from people but now I'm awakened to the fact that I let myself be used by others and maybe it was because of abandonment...

Dizzyness and headache

Anyone ever had this from Holosyc? I'm currently on AL1 CD4 and as well as the fact I seem to be accessing some very deep emotions / having classic 'overwhelm,' I have this dizziness that comes and goes, for a few seconds each time and this has been on going for about a week now. I also have an aching pain on the top of my head that comes and goes. Earlier in the week the pain was mostly at the bottom of my skull / upper neck area....

I just got a FaceBook notification from a friend of Sasha (LunaV, god knows how many other nicks) that she is dead. I don't know the cause yet, don't know anything, just know that my heart has a hole ripped through the middle of it, and I can't control my...look, she was cool. Had some problems, caused some trouble, but goddammint.....ahhhh, you konw what
? fuck it. I can't stop weeping. I'm torn up over here. I may even need help, I feel so forlorn.

Hi everybody! Currently I'm on the third of the three Life Principles Integration Courses. Well, I bought the cheap version of the course so I can't post any questions to Centerpointe. Somehow the time line process doesn't work with me, I don't get that floatin above your time line thing, making a double and so on stuff. Anyone who has advice on how to do it successfully? I started the Awakening Prologue about 5 months ago. Initially the upheaval was very drastic and I tended to cry a lot. When I had used Awakening Prologue for 4 months I decided to take a month off to see if I would feel mentally better. I had not felt better! I am on Awakening Level 3 Disc 3. I feel so tired all the time and require almost 9-11 hours of sleep a day, I doing it in the morning when I first wake up and then need a nap as I get tired after listening. I have tried to listen at bedtime but that brings the intensity extremely high, so for me the best time is mornings. The question is to get through the rough period is it OK to listen to HS more than once a day. I feel like I am 80 years old, can't wait to get past this part.
